This kid is getting giant. I'm talking 31 pounds and he's only 16 weeks today!

This is our other large and in charge kid. YACKSOOOONNN!!!

I got to see him a few weekends ago when I went home for Kara's shower! It was so great to be around friends and family and it made me want to move back home so badly! We didn't make Finley's middle name Hoosier for nothin' folks. Although I guess Finley Sunshine Adams wouldn't be so bad either.

Kidddingggg…he'd be a major flamer. Not that he's not already...

The shower was beautiful. Of course it was, Meredith put it on. Or should I say Martha. 

Martha Lyman-John. Has a certain ring to it. :)

He's 31 pounds of pure steed and still growing! His shots are complete and he's gettin' the boys chopped off in a few weeks! Much to Justin's dismay. I think the moment the doctor said his balls had dropped was one of Justin's proudest moments.

Bromance. 

I gotta tell ya though, I won't miss him humping me whenever I'm down on the ground doing yoga. Sometimes he even puts his paws on my back when I'm doing push-ups or planks. Guess he just wants me to be my best.

Also right up my alley at the moment, cooking and eating some delicious food!

Stuffed chicken, asparagus with feta, and garlic couscous!

Finally getting a chance to get back in the kitchen. Barefoot and pregnant where I belong.

Going, going, gone.

Oh my.

This has been QUITE a few weeks!

It has been quite full of work time, puppy time, sister time, mom and dad time, Justin time (not enough), and me time (wayyyyy not enough).

My life in pictures the past few weeks:

Little food to fuel me at work! Spinach salad with quinoa, garbanzo's, black beans, feta cheese. Sweet tater with buddah and brown sugah!

Repeat. Did you know that sweet potatoes were rated the number one healthiest vegetable by the nutritionists at Center for Science in the Public Interest?! "The numbers for the nutritional sweet potato speak for themselves: almost twice the recommended daily allowance of vitamin A, 42 percent of the recommendation for vitamin C, four times the RDA for beta carotene, and, when eaten with the skin, sweet potatoes have more fiber than oatmeal. I've been tryin' to work out early morning before work, but BOY is it hard to get out of bed when it's still dark out! At least the trees by my gym are dressed in Christmas lights to cheer me up! :)
